Counselling sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
What is the cost?
The cost of each counselling session is £60.
How frequently will we meet?
Sessions usually takes place once a week at a regular, agreed time.
How long does counselling last?
Counselling can take place over a few of sessions or a number of years depending on your needs. This is something that we will consider at the start of counselling and regularly as our work together progresses.
